I-10 CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, in Indio Ca is seeking individuals who want to grow themselves and are looking for an opportunity to move up in the Automotive Industry!

Now is the time to join, we will be shattering all sales records in the Coachella Valley in our 28,000 SQFT state of the art facility!!

No EXPERIENCE? That is perfectly fine! We have a management team with a combined 50+ years experience! We have had a lot of success with people from the following industries:

Education; teachers, coaches, principals*
Mobile sales
Cable & Satellite tv sales; Direct TV, Time Warner, Charter
RV Sales
Restaurant Industry
Timeshare Consultants
Real Estate Agents*

Responsibilities

Demonstrates CHRYSLER, DODGE, JEEP, RAM by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties and services*
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers
Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
Learn to overcome objections; ask for the sale; negotiate price; complete sales or purchase agreement; explain and offer warranties, services, and finance
Provide sales management information by completion reports.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
Follow all company policies and procedures
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors*

Skills/Qualifications

Previous Auto Sales experience is a plus*
