Job Summary
NatureMade Creative Agency is looking for a skilled videographer and editor to join our creative team on a per-project basis with the opportunity to earn a monthly retainer. You will film events, brand commercials, and short-form Reels for our clients across Delaware and Philadelphia — and edit your own footage into final deliverables. You must be fast, professional, understand platform-specific formats, and execute a full shot list and editing turnaround within a defined schedule.
Responsibilities
- Film live events — galas, church services, conferences, and private celebrations
- Shoot brand commercials and promotional video content for local businesses and restaurants
- Film short-form Reels and TikTok-style content during content shoot days
- Shoot multiple content variations formatted for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok in a single session
- Execute shot lists and creative briefs independently without constant direction
- Operate a gimbal, follow focus, and stabilization equipment as needed
- Capture clean audio using lav mics and shotgun mics
- Edit your own footage into final deliverables — color grading, sound design, captions, and platform formatting included
- Deliver edited content ready to post via Google Drive or Frame.io within 48 to 72 hours of every shoot
- Incorporate revision feedback professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on set and take direction professionally
- Maintain professionalism with clients on location at all times
Requirements
- Must own a professional DSLR or mirrorless camera — make and model required at application
- Must shoot in full manual mode — aperture, shutter speed, and ISO — no auto mode
- Must be proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro — required
- Must be able to edit your own footage into final ready-to-post deliverables
- Must understand color grading, sound design, caption placement, and platform-specific formatting
- Must understand platform-specific video formats and length requirements for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Must have experience filming events, commercials, and short-form content
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel to Delaware and Philadelphia for shoots
- Must be trainable and adaptable to NatureMade’s creative aesthetic
- Portfolio required — must include event coverage, commercial work, and edited Reels or short-form content
- Minimum 2 years of professional videography and editing experience preferred
Editing Requirements
- Must edit all footage shot during NatureMade shoot days
- Deliverables include color graded, sound designed, and caption-ready short-form videos
- All content must be formatted and exported for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok
- Turnaround time: 48 to 72 hours per video after shoot day
- One round of revisions included — additional rounds billed separately
- Raw footage must also be delivered via Google Drive within 24 hours of every shoot
Equipment
- Professional DSLR or mirrorless camera required — submit make and model with application
- Must own and provide all necessary equipment including lighting, tripod, and stabilizer
- Gimbal or stabilizer required
- Audio equipment required — lav mic and shotgun mic
- Drone experience and equipment is a plus
Screening Process
All candidates go through a 4-stage process. Portfolio review, screening call, paid trial shoot and edit, and retainer decision. Candidates without a portfolio showing both shooting and editing work, who cannot shoot in manual mode, or who cannot travel to Delaware and Philadelphia will not be considered.
