About the Role:
As a CBRE Facilities AuditReadiness Program Lead (or **Audit Readiness & Facilities ComplianceLead**) , you will own and execute the site audit readiness and 5S programacross multiple facility areas, including mechanical spaces, laydown yards,generator yards, and other operational environments. This is a hands-on,field-based role responsible for maintaining inspection-ready conditions at alltimes through routine area inspections, issue identification, corrective actioncoordination, work order management, stakeholder accountability, and continuousimprovement.
This position partnerscross-functionally with Site Leadership, Operations, Maintenance, EHS/HSE,clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure facility areas meet sitestandards for housekeeping, organization, compliance, safety, and auditreadiness. The role reports to the Site Lead and serves as the program ownerfor audit readiness activities, inspection scheduling, action tracking, andfollow-through.
This role is fully onsite Monday-Fridayin King of Prussia, PA.
What You’ll Do:
Own,administer, and continuously improve the site Audit Readiness and 5S programacross multiple facilities and operational areas.
Schedule,facilitate, perform, and document routine site inspections, area walk-throughs,and 5S assessments for mechanical spaces, laydown yards, generator yards, andrelated support areas.
Identifydeficiencies related to housekeeping, material storage, mechanical areaconditions, labeling, organization, safety, compliance, and general sitestandards.
Create,submit, and track work orders and corrective actions to closure; verifycompletion and effectiveness of remediation efforts.
Partnerwith Site Leadership, Operations, Maintenance, HSE/EHS, clients, vendors, andsubcontractors to prioritize and resolve findings based on criticality andoperational risk.
Maintainaudit-ready conditions at all times for formal and informal client audits,internal audits, inspections, and leadership reviews.
Supportdevelopment, revision, and implementation of playbooks, procedures, inspectionchecklists, standard work, and reporting tools.
Orderand manage supplies needed to support area organization, housekeeping, visualmanagement, tagging, and sustainment activities.
Tag,document, and communicate issues requiring correction, escalation, or furtherevaluation.
Facilitateaccountability by following up on commitments, due dates, and deliverablesacross cross-functional stakeholders.
Reviewwork order reports and inspection data to identify trends, recurring issues,and opportunities for preventive action and continuous improvement.
Prepareand present performance metrics, inspection summaries, trend reports, andstatus updates to site and client leadership.
Partnerwith the HSE/EHS team to report near misses, support serious injury andfatality (SIF) prevention activities, and reinforce safe work practices.
Reviewvendor proposals, submitted documentation, and completed work for quality,accuracy, and compliance with site expectations.
Recommendand implement process improvements that increase efficiency, standardization,visibility, and program effectiveness.
Serveas a point of contact for audit readiness, inspection readiness, and 5Scommunication between internal teams, the client, and service providers.
What You’ll Need:
Highschool diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Facilities,Maintenance, Safety, Operations, Industrial Technology, or a related fieldpreferred.
5+years of relevant experience in facilities, maintenance, industrial operations,EHS, compliance, quality inspections, or a related environment.
Mechanical,maintenance, industrial, or technical operations background strongly preferred.
Experienceworking in operational, industrial, critical environment, manufacturing,utility, or large campus facilities preferred.
Workingknowledge of 5S, workplace organization, and continuous improvement practices.
Experienceconducting field inspections, documenting findings, and driving correctiveactions to closure.
Familiaritywith CMMS / work order management systems, inspection trackers, and reportingtools.
Strongorganizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability tomanage multiple priorities across multiple areas.
Demonstratedability to work independently, take ownership, and drive follow-through in afast-paced environment.
Strongproblem-solving, critical-thinking, and project-coordination skills.
Abilityto influence cross-functional teams and hold stakeholders accountable withoutdirect supervisory authority.
Safety-firstmindset with the ability to recognize hazards, escalate concerns, and reinforcecompliance expectations.
Strongwritten and verbal communication skills, including the ability to preparereports and present status updates to leadership.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Supervisoryor team leadership experience preferred.
