Kendall Toyota of Eugene is hiring for a Service BDC Receptionist to join our Service team. At Toyota, our service department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Eugene.

Duties and essential job tasks:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers (75- 125 calls per day total).
Contact customers to schedule service appointments. Quickly, politely and accurately determines customer service needs.
Use telephone, email and other means to communicate with customers and vendors.
Answer telephones consistent with company standards; provide information to callers and route calls.
Staying knowledgeable on current service department offers. Offering clients service appointment specials that may fit their needs.
Input and maintain vehicle and customer information in computer system.
Performs data entry and performs general office clerical tasks including: working within Excel Spreadsheets to document daily client contacts.

Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
