Full Job Description

Mike Erdman Collision Center | Cocoa, FL

Pay: $70,000–$95,000 per year

We're Hiring an Experienced Collision Estimator.

Mike Erdman Collision Center has relocated to our new facility on the Erdman Automotive campus just off I-95 in Cocoa, and we're looking for an experienced estimator to help us continue building our collision operation.

If you're looking for a place where your experience is valued, your opinion matters, and you want the opportunity to help shape a growing department, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

Write accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE
Work directly with customers from estimate through delivery
Communicate with insurance companies and repair partners
Coordinate repairs with technicians and the production team
Monitor repairs and supplement estimates as needed
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process

What We're Looking For

Previous collision estimating experience is required
CCC ONE experience preferred
Knowledge of DRP and insurance repair procedures
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license
