Job Title: Office Manager

Organization: Seed of Abraham Ministries, Inc.
Location: Merritt Island, Florida

Position Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Director of Finance

About Us

Seed of Abraham Ministries is a faith-based, non-profit organization dedicated to serving our community through spiritual growth, Bible teaching, and compassionate service. We have a ministry unit in Israel, and an ecommerce unit, an online Bible teaching ministry that reaches all parts of the globe, along with a local Fellowship at Merritt Island, Florida. We are looking for an organized, trustworthy, and mature Office Manager to support daily office operations to help our ministry run smoothly.

Position Summary

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and office operations of the local organization. This role supports each ministry unit leadership, general office staff, volunteers, and congregants/clients by ensuring efficient office workflows, clear communication, and responsible stewardship of resources, in alignment with our mission and values. This position requires performing several of the office tasks as well as being a supervisor and back-up for the clerical office personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Operations

Manage daily office operations, personnel, schedules, and procedures
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist in answer phones, manage email, and serve as first point of contact as needed
Order and manage general office supplies and equipment
Supervise front office personnel
Process donations received before passing them to bookkeeping, maintain donor records, and prepare reports as required
Maintain confidential personnel records
In charge of local facilities maintenance

Communication & Coordination

Assist in correspondence, bulletins, newsletters, and reports
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and facility use
Support ministry programs and special events as needed
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and volunteers

Compliance & Policies

Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures
Support compliance with nonprofit and employment regulations

Qualifications

High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
3+ years of office management or administrative job experience (nonprofit or church experience a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of Apps
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Supportive of the organization’s faith-based mission and values

Work Schedule & Environment

Typical hours: 8:30 – 5:30, Monday thru Friday (1 hour for lunch)
On-site office-based (no remote) with regular interaction with staff and community members

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: salary commensurate with experience and proven abilities
