The Role
As the backbone of our independent agency, you’ll manage client relationships with precision and care. This isn’t a "call center" job; it’s a professional role where your experience directly impacts local families and businesses in North Idaho.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

· Serve as the trusted point of contact for complex inquiries, ensuring clients feel heard and protected.

· Expertly handle policy changes, billing, and claims support for clients.

· Scan documents, manage email correspondence, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.

· Answer phone calls and process payments.

· Learn our agency systems quickly; obtain an insurance license after hire (we support you).

What You Bring

· Professional Maturity: 3+ years in admin, customer service, or client-facing roles. You know how to de-escalate issues and manage priorities (with a positive attitude and a smile).

· Tech Confidence: Comfortable learning new software quickly; typing speed 50+ WPM.

· Reliability: You show up, follow through, and take pride in accuracy.

· Local Connection: You value community and want to foster long-term relationships, not just process transactions.
