Full Job Description

Framing Crew Member — Job Overview

We are seeking experienced framers with a strong background in structural repairs, demolition, and remodeling. Applicants must have hands-on experience in the field, as this is not a "learn as you go" position.

In this role, you will be responsible for framing, remodeling, and restoring structures with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, all while contributing to high-quality construction standards. This is quality over quantity work.

Candidates must be able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings, problem solve in the field, and think outside the box when dealing with complex repair situations. Much of our work involves custom structural solutions and remodeling challenges that go far beyond standard four-wall construction techniques.

Experience with additions, beam and wall replacements, temporary shoring, structural modifications, and working alongside engineers or architects is highly preferred.

Tool Requirements

Applicants must supply their own hand tools and nail guns. This includes, at minimum, a standard framing tool set (tool belt, framing hammer, tape measure, speed square, chalk line, levels, utility knife, cat's paw/pry bar) and framing nail guns in good working condition. Your tools should be job-ready on day one. Larger equipment, compressors, and consumables will be provided or discussed at hire.

And a Reliable work vehicle as time waits for nobody that can't make it to work.
