Who we are seeking:
We are seeking a high performing HR Professional who is interested in consulting and working on site with our clients employees from time to time, and also navigate working online with our team. You will join a high-performing distributed team. This role is designed to help you grow as a professional and to support our clients with human operations.

Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of Human Resource Operations and how to implement structure in unstructured environments.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations through human operations.
- Engage with clients to support Human Resource process and implementation needs.
- Assist in presenting solutions, communicating findings, and gathering client feedback.
- Build professional communication skills through regular client interaction.
- Participate in recruiting on behalf of our clients in helping identify the right candidates.
- Conduct coaching conversations and properly document for the employee file.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools and systems like Paycom, Gusto, Rippling, and others.
Key Learning Outcomes
Business Communication & Interpersonal Skills: This role is client-facing. You will practice translating observational findings into clear, actionable written recommendations for non-technical business owners and develop confidence in presentations, professional writing, and audience-aware communication.
Systems Thinking: Hands-on experience working with real business systems and data. Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design solutions that are practical for the humans who use them and who may also be interested in partnering with AI technologies.
Ideal Experience
- Experience in Human Resources 3-5years in consulting services
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, for clear collaboration and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Foundational knowledge of information systems, databases, or business technology.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Prior customer service, client communication, or professional experience.
Tech Stack: Click-Up, Google Suite, AI emerging Technologies, Obsidian and more.
Work Arrangement & Schedule: Primarily remote with occasional in-person expectations. When In-person work will take place in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area.
Compensation: 1099 - contract.
