Love dogs and cats? Great. Ready to work hard for them? Even better.
We are looking for dependable, compassionate people to join our pet care team. As a Pet Care Associate, you will help create safe, positive experiences for pets, peace of mind for pet parents, and a supportive environment for your teammates.
What You’ll Do
Your day will be active, hands-on, and focused on the role you are scheduled to perform. Every Pet Care Associate is cross-trained in dog supervision, daily dog and cat care, cleaning and sanitation, and pet enrichment.
- When assigned to dog supervision, your focus is the dogs in your care. You’ll actively supervise daycare playgroups, monitor changes in behavior and energy, and keep play safe and appropriate.
- When assigned to dog and cat care, you’ll care for our boarding pets by feeding, watering, administering medications, and keeping accurate care records. You’ll also clean and sanitize suites and common areas, wash dishes, complete laundry, and help keep the resort clean, organized, and ready for the pets in our care.
- When assigned to Pet Enrichment class, you will lead activities such as puzzles, scent work, agility, basic obedience, ball-pit play, or other interactive games, help plan and participate in special events and birthday parties, as well as take photos and videos to share with pet parents and use on social media.
- Other duties as assigned; after all, this is a job posting.
A quick reality check: This is not a job where you play with dogs all day. It is physical, sometimes messy, and always important. The right person finds the work rewarding because every clean room, careful observation, and good decision contributes to excellent pet care.
What Success Looks Like

- Teamwork — You communicate professionally, help others, and adapt when plans change.
- Compassion — You treat every pet with patience, kindness, and respect.
