Super practice seeking a patient coordinator with excellent customer service skills

Pay rate is based on experience

Seeking an all star candidate for our well established high-tech fee-for-service dental practice in Marshfield. Our office has a unique personality and serves an amazing patient base. Looking for a full-time front desk administrator dedicated to providing high-quality customer care in a friendly environment.

We seek to add an enthusiastic, experienced, and organized person to join our family practice. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of dental experience, a friendly and team-oriented attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Our front desk team is outstanding, and we are excited to welcome our newest team member! The following skills are needed to apply for this position:

-Dental office experience. Dentrix and Open Dental software experience are a plus.
-Familiarity with dental procedures, schedules & dental insurance.
-Comfort with presenting treatment plans in a punctual and professional manner.
-Full knowledge and compliance with HIPAA regulations
-Exceptional communication skills with dentists, coworkers, and patients.
-High value on teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration with coworkers.

The ideal candidate is experienced, confident, energetic, friendly, organized and detail-oriented.

Tasks include:

Observe and maintain providers' schedules.
Present/ explain treatment plans and collect payments.
Work on billing and obtain necessary billing information.
Book new patient appointments.
Handle patient communication through phone, text, and emails.
Entering insurance information and checking insurance eligibility
