Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet strict quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your technical expertise, will help maintain the integrity of our products and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment dedicated to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
Utilize advanced measurement tools including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and product specifications.
Perform quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other relevant standards to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with FDA regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes.
Implement quality assurance procedures aligned with HACCP principles and CGMP guidelines to maintain safety and consistency across manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
Participate in internal and external quality management system audits, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Proficiency with quality inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and other precision measuring instruments.
Experience working within manufacturing environments adhering to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and related quality standards.
Strong analysis skills for interpreting measurement data and identifying root causes of quality deviations.
Knowledge of quality systems management including QA/QC processes, documentation practices, and audit procedures.
Familiarity with Calypso software or similar calibration management tools is a plus.
Ability to perform detailed data collection, record keeping, and report generation accurately.
Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
