ABOUT US

Now, we're looking for a Controller who's ready to be part of that story.

THE ROLE

As our Controller, you will be the financial anchor of our growing organization. You will oversee all daily accounting operations, guide our financial strategy, and ensure that newly acquired locations integrate seamlessly into our existing framework. You will work closely with executive leadership to provide accurate financial insights that drive our expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across all locations.

Manage and develop a high performing accounting team.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.

Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Assist in the financial onboarding of new acquisitions.

Willingness to travel to locations across multiple states as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Minimum of five years of accounting leadership experience in the automotive sector.

Proven track record of building and managing successful teams.

Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, growth oriented environment.
