Electrical Foreman

Job Type: Full-time (willing to travel, possible out-of-town work)

We specialize in Commercial, Industrial and Institutional projects and we are actively seeking an Electrical Foremen and Electricians. Must have a minimum of five years electrical experience in the field with strong supervisory experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. Must be detailed oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ability and knowledge to demonstrate and uphold the core values of our company and clients (Accountability, Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Growth) are important. This is NOT an entry level position, and you will be compensated fairly for your experience!

**Applicant must have experience in running commercial projects.

Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background.

Safety must be and is a priority.

Duties include, but not limited to the following:

Manage up to 5-25 people
Read and understand blueprints
Layout and coordination of underground, overhead, wall rough, etc.
Coordination with the General Contractor’s Superintendent and other trades
Coordination with Utility Company providers
Implement and facilitate safety standards and procedures
Implement and facilitate company policies and procedures
Order and organize materials for job site
Maintain contract schedule and budget
Must be able to turn in required daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Must be able to operate various equipment needed to get the job done
Must work well as a leader, trainer and team member

Compensation to include the following:
