This role is responsible for executing recipes accurately while maintaining speed, organization, and attention to detail during every shift.

In our high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, Sous Chef play a critical role in ensuring food is prepared safely, consistently, and on time. Their ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality directly impacts guest satisfaction, kitchen efficiency, and overall restaurant success.

What you’ll do

Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations.
Execute food orders accurately while maintaining speed and consistency during high-volume service.
Maintain strong knowledge of recipes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations throughout each shift.
Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area at all times.
Assist with prep, opening duties, closing duties, and additional kitchen tasks as needed.
Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts as business demands require.

What we are looking for

We're a fast-paced, high-growth organization where teamwork, consistency, and reliability matter just as much as experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, performs well under pressure, and understands the importance of consistency in a high-volume kitchen.

At least 2 year of strong kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
Experience working multiple stations and maintaining quality during busy service periods.
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and company standards consistently.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Team-first mentality and positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
