ABOUT CASA DO BRASIL
Casa do Brasil is a Brazilian steakhouse built around the tradition of churrasco — an unlimited gourmet salad bar with 50+ seasonal selections, followed by unlimited tableside service of USDA Prime aged beef, chicken, lamb, pork, and shrimp carved by our gaucho chefs. We also serve happy hour, à la carte dining, family-friendly weekend brunch, private dining, and catering.
We opened in College Station in 2018 and have since grown to Houston, Austin, and Waco, with a fifth location currently under construction and a second concept in the portfolio. Marketing is handled entirely in-house by a small team based at our College Station corporate office.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager keeps the brand's day-to-day marketing running across every location. This is a broad, hands-on role spanning social media management, online reputation, email production, website updates, and campaign coordination. Working directly with the Director of Marketing, you will grow into owning the channels you run, not just executing a day-to-day task list.
This is an ideal fit for an organized, social-native marketer who wants exposure to every part of an in-house team and can keep many locations, handles, and channels accurate and on-brand at once. If you like owning outcomes in a growing multi-unit brand rather than specializing in one narrow lane, you will do well here.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
● The content calendar — Build and maintain the publishing calendar across all location handles, coordinating with the Director on campaign priorities and with the Content Producer on assets.
● The review and reputation program — Own response quality, turnaround time, and reporting across Google, Yelp, OpenTable, and Tripadvisor for every location.
● Listing accuracy brand-wide — Serve as the single point of accountability for hours, menus, photos, and details being correct everywhere a guest can find us.
● Email execution — Own the build-to-send process in Mailchimp, including scheduling, testing, and post-send reporting.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
● Scheduling and publishing — Plan, schedule, and publish content across each location's handles, maintaining the content calendar.
● Community management — Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and tags in the brand voice; flag opportunities and issues to the Director.
REVIEWS & ONLINE REPUTATION
● Review responses — Respond to all reviews across Google, Yelp, OpenTable, and Tripadvisor for every location in a way that reflects the brand positively.
● Escalation — Surface recurring service or operations themes to the Director and in the review reports.
● Listing accuracy — Maintain all directory listings — hours, menus, photos, and details — across all locations and concepts.
EMAIL MARKETING
● Email production — Build and schedule emails in Mailchimp following email best practices, working in partnership with the Content Producer to design assets.
● List hygiene — Work with Director of Marketing to maintain list segmentation, monitor deliverability, and basic reporting on email performance.
WEBSITE UPDATES
Will consider candidates who do not meet this requirement but can learn with on-the-job training.
● Content updates — Update the WordPress sites with events, specials, menus, and hours, applying on-page SEO basics.
● Landing pages — Build and update landing pages for promotions and campaigns.
CONTENT CREATION
You must have demonstrated experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator (InDesign is a plus) and Photoshop. We can expand your knowledge with video & image editing software.
● Graphic design — Create on-brand graphics for print, social, and web in conjunction with the Content Producer.
● Shoot support — Assist with photo and video shoots and capture supplemental, behind-the-scenes, and UGC-style content on location.
SYSTEMS & TOOLS Required — comfortable using on day one
● Adobe Creative Cloud — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign at a working level for social and web graphics.
● Meta Business Suite — Page and account management, scheduling, and community management across multiple location handles.
● Instagram and Facebook — Native publishing, Stories, Reels, tagging, and collaboration posts.
● Mailchimp or a comparable ESP — Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar: building and scheduling campaigns, managing audiences and segments, reading open and click reporting.
● WordPress — Publishing and editing pages with a visual page builder. We use Themeco Pro; experience with Elementor, Divi, or similar transfers. Will consider candidates who do not meet this requirement but can learn with on-the-job training.

● Sprout - experience maintaining a content calendar via this system.
