Description:

EspriGas brings a modern approach to the $130 billion gas industry by utilizing a network business model to deliver products nationwide. We leverage our unique service and technological capabilities to handle the complex logistical needs of large, multi-site companies through a national network of gas supply partners. Our customers include Fortune 1000 companies across various industries, such as food and beverage, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, etc. Examples include providing medical gas to large clinic chains, pet hospitals, and CO2 for top restaurant chains such as Panda Express. Our industry produces, distributes, and sells atmospheric gases and other specialty products.

Purpose of the Position:

EspriGas seeks a Human Resources Administrator to play a key role in running the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including scheduling and coordinating relevant HR tasks and enforcing company policies and practices.

Responsibilities:

Administration

Oversee day-to-day office activities as main point of contact.
Manage vendor relationships.
Provide general support to visitors.
Keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed.
Coordinate in-house or off-site activities, like parties, team events, and conferences
Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, and handling correspondence.
Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, and coordinate with IT on all office equipment as needed.

HR Functions

Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Collaborate with HR to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Arrange any travel accommodations and submit department expense forms.
Take an active part in HR projects, such as job fairs, recruitments rounds, and more.
Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Support in the development and execution of programs and initiatives focusing on our culture, our values, and our people.

Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to benefits and leave; recognition and morale; communication platforms maintenance; and occupational health and safety.
Ensure effective execution of responsibilities through real-time team coordination and clear accountability.
Assist with special or cross-functional projects, tasks, and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
3+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
Entry level HR experience.
Strategic and creative thinking.
Ability to navigate competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Drive for continuous learning and improvement to stay current on the human resources landscape.

Working skills on MS Office components.
An appetite for change and ability to pivot quickly.
Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work on a team and collaborate across the organization.

Travel:

Travel up to 5%.
