Compensation & Opportunity
Base Hourly Rate: $30–$37/hour, depending on experience and fit
Employment Type: Full-time, non-exempt hourly position
Overtime Pay: 1.5× base hourly rate for approved overtime hours
Guaranteed Overtime: Approximately 3 RTM overtime hours per week
Additional Earning Potential: Additional approved patient-care overtime may be available
Estimated Annual Compensation: Approximately $69,000–$86,000/year with guaranteed RTM overtime
Upside Potential: Up to approximately $86,000–$105,000+/year with additional approved overtime and schedule availability
This is not a flat hourly role with no upside. For the right PTA, there is a clear path to earn more through guaranteed RTM overtime and additional approved patient-care hours.

Patient Care Setting
Our clinic treats a mix of outpatient orthopedic, balance, vestibular, fall-prevention, post-operative, and general rehabilitation patients.

Documentation & Systems
We use Prompt EMR with workflows designed to help clinicians document efficiently and stay organized.
Our goal is to keep documentation manageable and reduce unnecessary after-hours documentation burden whenever possible.

Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist Assistant will be responsible for:
Providing skilled treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Carrying out established plans of care
Progressing therapeutic exercise and functional activities appropriately
Documenting timely and accurately in Prompt EMR
Communicating patient progress or concerns to the supervising PT
Supporting patient engagement, retention, and outcomes
Helping maintain a professional, positive clinic environment
Participating in RTM-related patient support as assigned
Working collaboratively with PTs, front desk, technicians, and clinic leadership
Requirements
Active or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Balance, vestibular, or fall-prevention experience is a plus
Strong communication skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in an outpatient clinic setting
Willing to participate in RTM-related patient support as part of the overtime structure
