ExploriGuides is a camp curriculum start-up on a mission to create activities that feature hands-on experiences, wild experiments, and projects that spark imagination, inspire innovation, and invite joyful play - for kids K-5th grade.
We're on the hunt for a Curriculum Development Director - part mad scientist, part storyteller, part project manager - to dream up activities that make kids beg for "just five more minutes" at camp.

What You'll Get Up to
- Design & Write Activities: Brainstorm, test, and write hands-on activities for thematic summer camp curriculums
- Collaborate with Consultants: Work with subject experts to turn themes like aerospace engineering into real, learning-objective-backed activities
- Test & Pilot with Real Kids: Oversee pilot testing and make improvements based on real feedback
- Support Marketing: Help promote curriculums by showcasing activities on marketing channels
- Build with the Owner: Work side-by-side to shape this start-up from the ground up
