Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. In this vital role, you will support the organization’s financial operations by managing data entry, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy across various accounting functions. Responsibilities

Perform data entry and account analysis to ensure precise recording of financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, or Quickbooks online
Enter payroll using systems like Paychex while ensuring compliance with payroll management standards
Assist with LCP Tracker management
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently to ensure timely entering of invoices

Requirements

Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks; familiarity with payroll systems like Paychex is highly desirable
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy (10 key typing) and attention to detail for account analysis and account reconciliation tasks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills combined with a solid foundation in financial services principles
