Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Check guests in and out of rooms, clearly explaining amenities available at the property.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and stock the hotel suite shop.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Support other staff as needed with various tasks.

Requirements

Must be available to work 3pm-11pm shift.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must possess exceptional personal hygiene and grooming standards, and comply with all guildelines for appearance and professional business attire.
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and professional demeanor are essential for this role.
