Denver Charter Fishing is a growing charter fishing and boat cruise company operating on beautiful Cherry Creek & Chatfield Reservoirs — just 20 minutes from downtown Denver. We take families, corporate groups, and fishing enthusiasts out on our luxury pontoon boat for guided fishing trips and scenic cruises with stunning Rocky Mountain views. Business is booming and we need experienced, passionate captains to join our team!
The Job
As a Denver Charter Fishing Captain, you'll be the heart of every trip. You'll take guests out on our premium Bently luxury pontoon boat, help them catch walleye, bass, trout, and more, and make sure every single person on board has the time of their life. Some trips are all about the fish — others are relaxed sunset cruises with drinks and great conversation. Either way, you're the one making it happen.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being on the water, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to get paid to do what they love.
What You'll Do
Safely operate our luxury pontoon boat on Chatfield Reservoir
Guide guests on fishing trips — bait, tackle, technique & fish finding
Lead scenic boat cruises for non-fishing groups & corporate outings
Provide an exceptional, fun, and memorable guest experience
Perform basic boat maintenance and pre/post trip safety checks
Follow all Colorado Parks & Wildlife and USCG regulations
Schedule & Pay
- Flexible hours — trips run 7 days a week, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Part-time to start with potential for full-time as business grows

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
