- Has a genuine love for dogs (this is non-negotiable!)

No professional dog experience? That's okay! We provide comprehensive training for the right person. We can teach skills—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and commitment.
What You'll Do
Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising dogs in structured group play
- Monitoring canine body language to maintain a safe and positive environment
- Providing lots of love, attention, and enrichment for our dogs
- Cleaning and sanitizing play areas, kennels, and common spaces
- Feeding, administering basic care, and following individualized instructions
- Communicating professionally with teammates and pet parents
- Helping maintain the high standards Peace Love Petcare is known for
This is an active, hands-on job. You'll be on your feet most of the day, working both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather. You'll go home tired—but knowing you made a difference in the lives of the dogs in your care.
✅ Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stay active for 6–8 hours
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working weekdays, weekends, evenings, and some holidays
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and following established procedures
- Friendly, professional attitude with both our four-legged and two-legged clients
Bonus Skills (Not Required but preferred)
- Social media experience (taking photos, creating Stories, or short videos)
- Customer service experience
- Animal care experience

Growth Opportunity
We also have an End-of-Day Cleaning Position available:
Monday–Friday | 1 PM – 5 PM, flelxible. Cleaning typically takes 2-3 hours and should be complete by 5pm.
This is a great starting opportunity for students or anyone looking to get their foot in the door — with the potential to grow into a Pack Leader role!
