Job Overview

Our multi-specialty group dental practice extends an invitation for you to join our customer service oriented dental billing and insurance team.

If you are an experienced dental “Rock Star” who is enthusiastic, caring, dedicated, detailed, a motivated forward-thinking team player, adds unity and harmony, and enjoys challenges in a fast-paced patient-centered dental practice – this is the environment for you.

This role requires a strong understanding of the dental field.

Account Receivable (billing) Responsibilities

Patient billing
Dental claims aging (follow up on oustanding claims)
Claim corrections
Posting payments
Patient account audits
Other tasks as needed
collaborate and work very closely with the billing assistant for your assigned location
Help your teammates

Job Requirments

Dental billing and insurance experience (2 years required)
Confident and proactive patient and insurnace payment recovery
In-Office postion only
Full time
Proficiency in dental coding
Ability to communicate effectively with the team, patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
Technical and soft skills

Job Preferences

Dentrix Ascend experience
Dolphin Management experience
