What You'll Do

As a Valet Attendant, you'll help create an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Guest Experience

Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
Open vehicle and facility doors for arriving and departing guests
Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings
Provide directions, information, and outstanding customer service
Create memorable interactions that reflect the hotel's service standards

Vehicle Operations

Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
Issue and manage valet tickets accurately
Handle guest vehicles with care and professionalism
Maintain organized traffic flow and vehicle staging areas
Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures

Team Support

Work collaboratively with hotel and hospitality teams
Maintain a positive attitude during busy periods
Support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
Represent the LAZ brand with professionalism and energy

Qualifications

Required

Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong customer service mindset

Preferred

Previous hospitality, valet, hotel, restaurant, or guest service experience
Experience working in fast-paced environments

No valet experience? No problem. We can train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong customer-service skills.

Physical Requirements

This is an active role requiring the ability to:

Stand, walk, and run for extended periods
Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Bend, stoop, and move frequently throughout your shift
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including sun, rain, snow, and mountain temperatures
