Our front desk team member plays a critical role in the healing environment of our office. You are often the first smile patients see and the last encouragement they hear before leaving.

What You'll Do

Create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every patient
Greet patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for
Schedule appointments and manage the flow of the office
Maintain accurate patient records and attention to detail in documentation
Support patient education and communication around care plans
Assist with payments, insurance verification, and administrative tasks
Help the team stay organized and aligned with office goals
Continuously look for ways to improve systems and patient experience
