JOB SUMMARYCommunity Navigator (Part-Time)

Integrated Community (Comunidad Integrada / CIIC) Steamboat Springs, CO

Reports to: Director of Operations Status: Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week Compensation: $24 to $27 per hour

When a family new to Northwest Colorado does not know where to turn, a Community Navigator is often the first friendly face who says, you are not alone, let me walk with you. We are hiring a part-time Community Navigator to be that guide for our neighbors in Routt County.

Integrated Community is the only BIPOC-led, BIPOC-serving nonprofit across both counties. We support immigrant families as they integrate, contribute, and build independent lives here. Our Community Navigation program is often the first door people walk through, and the person who opens it makes all the difference.

What you will do

Meet with community members and help them find their way to the resources they need
Connect families to healthcare, housing, schools, benefits, and local services
Provide interpretation and translation support in everyday situations
Introduce people to CIIC programs and to trusted partners across the community
Build trust patiently, one relationship at a time
Keep clear, caring records of your work (we use Airtable, we will train you)

What you bring

Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken (required)
Warmth, patience, and real respect for the people you serve
Familiarity with local resources in Routt or Moffat County (a plus)
Comfort learning simple technology tools
Dependability and good judgment with sensitive, personal information

Lived experience as part of an immigrant or bilingual community is valued and welcomed.
