Now Hiring: Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are actively hiring and ready to bring on the right candidate immediately.

Requirements

Master's degree in a counseling-related field
Registered with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies
Passion for working with individuals and/or couples
Commitment to ongoing learning, professional development, and client-centered care
Able to work one weekend shift and two evening shifts per week

Walk Into a Full Caseload—No Waiting Required

Unlike many therapist positions where you spend months building a caseload, we provide:

A steady stream of referrals
A full caseload from the start (approximately 25 clients per week)
Fully paid licensure supervision because we're invested in your long-term success
Ongoing support to help maintain a healthy, sustainable schedule
Starting pay of $40–$43 per clinical hour

Insurance billing and claims management
Scheduling and intake coordination
