Collision Repair General Manager

Golden, Colorado
Full-Time | $75,000 -$150,000+ Per Year
Confidential Hiring Opportunity

A well-established, high-volume collision repair facility in Golden, Colorado is seeking an experienced Collision Repair General Manager to lead its operations and drive continued success.

This is not a desk-only management role. We're looking for a proven leader who understands every aspect of a collision repair operation—from production and customer satisfaction to financial performance and team development. If you've successfully managed a busy collision center and know how to build a culture of accountability, quality, and efficiency, we'd like to speak with you.

Our facility serves customers throughout Golden, Lakewood, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Denver, Evergreen, Morrison, Westminster, and surrounding Front Range communities, maintaining a consistent flow of insurance and customer-pay repairs.

What You'll Lead

As General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the collision center while creating an environment where employees succeed and customers receive an exceptional repair experience.

You'll be responsible for production performance, financial results, employee development, customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all daily operations of the collision repair facility
Manage estimators, production staff, technicians, CSRs, painters, and parts personnel
Drive cycle time, touch time, productivity, and profitability
Ensure repairs are completed according to OEM procedures and quality standards
Monitor shop performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
Hire, coach, mentor, and develop team members
Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused culture
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
Build and maintain relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and local businesses
Resolve operational challenges quickly while keeping production on schedule
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

What We're Looking For

Previous collision repair management experience required
Proven success leading a high-volume collision repair facility
Strong understanding of insurance claims, DRP programs, and production management
Experience improving operational efficiency and financial performance
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability
Valid driver's license
I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$100,000–$180,000+ annually
