Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and organize process flow on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to catalogue and track required project documentation.
Assist with coordination, scheduling, tracking and reporting on field installation projects as needed.
Establish and maintain project schedules and track progress and adjust timelines as necessary.
Coordinate with engineers, operations and sales on projects to ensure deadlines are met and all parties have visibility into progress on each project.
Act as primary point of contact for projects.
Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes promptly.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in related field.
Five+ years of project management experience.
Strong understanding of Engineering estimating principles and practices.
Excellent project scheduling abilities with a focus on timely completion of tasks.
In-depth knowledge of Engineering project management processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with contracts, legal requirements, and compliance standards in commercial projects.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Construction site experience and project management is a bonus.
PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications preferred.
