Warehouse Technician (Driver)

Pay Range: $17.85 – $21.58 per hour

The Role
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for receiving, storing, transporting, and shipping raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This position supports warehouse, manufacturing, quality, and logistics operations by ensuring materials are moved safely, accurately, and efficiently between Mineralife facilities.
This role is also responsible for safely operating a company-owned box truck to transport materials, packaging components, equipment, and finished goods between Mineralife's warehouse and manufacturing facilities, ensuring timely material movement to support production schedules and customer deliveries.
What You’ll Do
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive incoming raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods in accordance with Mineralife Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect inbound shipments for damage, accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with company receiving requirements.
- Complete truck inspections and review all receiving documentation.
- Properly sample, label, quarantine, and store incoming materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer shipments for domestic and international distribution.
- Prepare pallets according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.
- Verify shipment accuracy and complete shipping documentation.
- Maintain warehouse organization utilizing FIFO inventory practices.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Inventory Control
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions within company inventory systems.
- Track inventory movement, warehouse locations, and material status.
- Monitor warehouse temperatures and complete required documentation.
- Maintain quarantine, rejected, and expired material areas.
- Organize warehouse inventory to maximize efficiency, accessibility, and storage capacity.
Material Transportation
- Safely operate a company-owned box truck to transport raw materials, packaging components, finished goods, equipment, and supplies between Mineralife facilities.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Secure loads to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
- Ensure transportation paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic care of company vehicles.
- Promptly report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow all Colorado traffic laws and company safety procedures while operating company vehicles.
- Coordinate timely material transfers to support production schedules and warehouse operations.
Operational Support
- Perform daily inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams during periods of increased workload.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and company safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process improvement activities.
Other Duties
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
What You Bring
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to safely operate a company-owned box truck.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One (1) year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.
- Forklift experience required.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a cGMP, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical environment.
- Experience with inventory management or ERP software (eg. SOS Inventory).
- Shipping experience using UPS, FedEx, LTL, or freight carriers.
- Previous experience conducting inventory counts and material reconciliation.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, climb, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Safely enter and exit company vehicles, including box trucks, multiple times throughout the day.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
- Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, hair nets, beard covers (when applicable), gloves, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
