Warehouse & Event Operations Specialist – Box Truck Driver & Event Setup/Teardown
Event Decor & Floral Company | Colorado Springs, Denver & Surrounding Areas
We are looking for a reliable, physically capable Warehouse & Event Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working hard, moving heavy inventory, loading and unloading trucks, driving a 26' box truck, and working long days in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a typical warehouse job. Our work changes every day depending on our event schedule. One day you may spend most of the day pulling and loading furniture and décor in the warehouse; the next you may be driving a box truck to Denver, unloading at a venue, helping set up an event, and returning late that night to unload and put everything away.
We need someone who can go with the flow, think on their feet, work independently, and jump in wherever they are needed. The right person doesn't need to be told what to do every five minutes; they can see what needs to be done, work efficiently, and help the team get the job finished.
This is a physically demanding position and is best suited for someone with previous warehouse, moving, delivery, logistics, event setup, construction, or other hands-on experience.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our warehouse team, you will help ensure every event runs smoothly from warehouse prep to final teardown. This includes maintaining and prepping the inventory, loading the trucks, unloading at event venue and setting up the inventory for the event. After the event is complete, you will also "strike" the event (take down all of the decor), properly secure and package all inventory, load the trucks, and ensure all inventory is back in the warehouse properly.
