Managing Consultant – Construction Claims & Dispute Resolution

MUST HAVE A BOOK OF BUSINESS

Remote | Full-Time

A nationally recognized construction consulting firm is expanding its Claims & Dispute Resolution practice and seeking an experienced Managing Consultant to support complex construction claims, forensic schedule analysis, and litigation support engagements nationwide.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in CPM scheduling, delay and disruption analysis, damages assessment, and construction consulting who are looking to join a highly respected and growing consulting practice.

Responsibilities

Perform forensic analysis of construction delays, disruptions, and project impacts
Conduct CPM scheduling and delay analyses
Prepare damages calculations and loss of productivity/efficiency studies
Support construction claims, dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, and litigation matters
Review project schedules, contracts, change orders, and project documentation
Prepare technical reports and client deliverables
Work directly with attorneys, owners, contractors, and project stakeholders
Assist with business development, networking, and client relationship management

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in:
Construction consulting
Scheduling/project controls
Delay & disruption analysis
Claims & dispute resolution
Damages assessment
Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with forensic schedule analysis and litigation support required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
Professional certifications such as PE, PSP, CCM, PMP, or CCE are highly preferred
Industry involvement, networking abilities, and existing client relationships are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $120K–$300K
Bonus potential
