Description:

We are looking for a passionate, trauma-informed EMDR Therapist to join our team. This position offers a hybrid schedule, a supportive team environment, and a steady stream of referrals. If you’re passionate about helping clients navigate trauma, life transitions, emotional challenges, and relationship dynamics, we’d love to connect.

Who You Are

A licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician with a current DORA license or provisional license to practice psychotherapy in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, MFT, LPCC, LSW, etc)
Have completed EMDR Basic Training and have experience providing EMDR therapy for various client presentations
Comfortable holding space for clients with diverse backgrounds and complex emotional needs
Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
Interested in a hybrid schedule: 2-3 days in-office, with 1-2 remote days based on caseload.
Collaborative, organized, and responsive in communication
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team culture

Job duties and responsibilities may include:

Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders within the clinician's scope of practice.
Practices as a pre-licensed OR licensed mental health professional, following all regulations and ethical codes as required by DORA, code of ethics, and applicable regulatory board.
Creates individualized treatment plans
Meets with clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Conducts ongoing assessments of client progress.
Involves and advises family members when appropriate.
Refers clients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
Facilitates continuity of care with other providers for clients.
Responds to new client requests and client communications within 24 business hours.
Schedules appointments with new and ongoing clients.
Maintains thorough records of client appointments and progress, including completing documentation within 24-48 hours of client sessions and client contacts outside of sessions.
Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
Completes required trainings as directed by practice, state, federal law and licensure boards.
Completes supervision hours toward licensure and participates in supervision sessions with practice provided clinical supervisor as required by DORA and insurances (if applicable)
Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Additional Compensation Details:

Pre-licensed therapists:

$53-72 compensation per client session (expectation of completing 20+ sessions weekly)
$500 annual training/education stipend
