Position Overview
Jeanes Mental Health Services, LLC is a fully virtual, HIPAA-compliant group psychotherapy practice serving clients throughout Georgia and North Carolina. We are seeking motivated associate-level clinicians (LMSW, APC, LAMFT, etc) who are committed to developing strong clinical skills, practicing evidence-based psychotherapy, and working toward independent licensure within a supportive training environment.

At JMHS, we view ourselves as psychotherapists first. Our practice culture emphasizes clinical competence, ongoing professional development, thoughtful case conceptualization, and the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. We are looking for clinicians who are eager to grow beyond supportive counseling and develop expertise in psychotherapy.

This position is ideal for clinicians who value supervision, training, consultation, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide psychotherapy services through secure telehealth platforms.
Treat a variety of clinical concerns, including PTSD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, adjustment disorders, relationship concerns, and trauma-related conditions.
Utilize evidence-based interventions and maintain treatment fidelity.
Educate clients regarding coping strategies, prevention, and wellness practices.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically indicated.
Complete concise, timely documentation within TherapyNotes.
Participate in supervision, case consultation, trainings, and collaborative treatment planning.

Position Details

Contract type: 1099
Schedule: Flexible, with preference for evening availability
Location: Fully remote
Compensation: Competitive per-session pay with increases based on experience.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
Active LMSW, APC, LAMFT, or other license in Georgia and/or North Carolina.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain licensure in both Georgia and North Carolina. JMHS will assist selected clinicians with this process as needed.
Strong interest in evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical excellence.
Ability to work independently while participating in supervision and collaborative consultation.
Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
