Overview
Our Restaurant Director of Operations is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management, who can drive process improvement and enhance overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and have a proven track record in project management, business development, and senior leadership roles.

Duties

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics to optimize productivity.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Facilitate effective communication across departments to enhance collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements

Proven experience in operations management or a similar role within a dynamic environment.
Upscale and Fine Dining Restauarnt Management experience is REQUIRED
Strong skills in process improvement methodologies and strategic planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
Exceptional leadership capabilities, with experience guiding senior leadership teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.
