Executive Assistant – Top-Producing Real Estate Team

Location: Sykesville, MD
Compensation: $45,000–$52,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits

Our growing, top-producing real estate team is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who is committed to excellence and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. This is an opportunity to become an essential part of a successful team by managing operations, supporting our agents, and creating an exceptional experience for our clients.

The right person is proactive, dependable, resourceful, and enjoys taking ownership of projects. You don't wait to be asked—you anticipate needs, solve problems, and consistently go above and beyond.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $45,000–$55,000, based on experience
Performance bonuses (eligible after 90 days)
Paid Time Off (PTO) after six months

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Provide executive support to the Team Leader in both business and personal matters.
Manage databases and maintain accurate client records.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling.
Answer and direct phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Support multiple real estate agents with administrative and operational needs.
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Implement and handle lead management.
Help clients through the contract-to-closing process while delivering a five-star experience.
Coordinate listing and team marketing through social media and other marketing platforms.
Track expenses and assist with budgeting.
Create, improve, and maintain systems, processes, and checklists.
Hold yourself and others accountable to high standards.
As the team grows, assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and team accountability.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

College degree (preferred yet not required)
Experience in social media marketing
Administrative, operations, or executive assistant experience
Real estate experience is a plus but not required
Willingness to obtain a Maryland real estate license (team reimbursement provided)
