We are hiring a skilled and dependable Hotel Maintenance Technician to help maintain our property standards and keep our facilities operating smoothly. Working closely with our Chief Maintenance Engineer, you will handle daily work orders, oversee mechanical system upkeep, and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless, comfortable stay.

Facility Maintenance: Perform routine repairs across the hotel, including painting, drywall patching, basic plumbing, minor electrical fixes, carpet repair, and preventative HVAC maintenance.
Guest Service: Address guest room maintenance requests promptly, delivering friendly and courteous service.
Property Upkeep: Assist the Chief Engineer with scheduled facility inspections, equipment servicing, tool inventory management, and supply organization.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain clean work areas, adhere strictly to safety guidelines, and report major mechanical or safety hazards immediately.
Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with housekeepers, front desk agents, and management to ensure smooth overall hotel operations.
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience (Hotel or commercial building experience is strongly preferred).
Technical Aptitude: Practical skill in basic plumbing, electrical work, drywall, painting, and carpentry. HVAC knowledge or certification is a major advantage.
Service Skills: Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and bend, climb, or kneel throughout the shift.
