Clerical Assistant / Administrative Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Clerical Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Process, update, and maintain records, reports, and databases.
Greet visitors and assist with general office inquiries.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and faxes.
Schedule appointments for service calls, as needed.
Assist with general office duties, including copying, scanning, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Support other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous clerical, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
Proficient in Quickbooks and basic computer applications.
Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
