Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Trainer to join our team at Home Instead. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering training programs that empower our Care Professionals to provide exceptional service. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of care we deliver to our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of caregivers and office staff.

· Regularly review existing training programs to enhance and modify that improve engagement, learning, and retention, while addressing the changing needs of clientele, Home Instead, and the home health industry.

· Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.

· Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to Home Instead & the Home Health industry.

· Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.

· Facilitates required and recommended training sessions.

· Ensure accurate tracking for retention

· Maintain accurate record of all Training Documents

· Develop and maintain a schedule of training classes, ensuring timely communication

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Proficient in delivering engaging and interactive training sessions

· Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and skill levels

· Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on relationship building.

· Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or related area required.

· At least one year of experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
