Sales Representative - Fiber & Wireless Telecom

Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in the rapidly expanding telecom industry? Here at CMI, we are a thriving company specializing in B2C fiber and wireless sales, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team. With 9 years of successful operation, we proudly serve the Columbia area and surrounding cities, bringing cutting-edge connectivity solutions to our customers.

About the Role

This is a hybrid sales position that offers the best of both worlds: the flexibility of working from home with daily Zoom calls for team collaboration and the excitement of daily in-person customer meetings. You will be responsible for building relationships with consumers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored fiber and wireless solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily virtual meetings with the sales team to strategize and share best practices.
Engage with customers in person daily to present and sell fiber and wireless telecom services.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and the competitive landscape.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Daily Draw- Available daily to support your efforts.
Commission- Average of $200 per sale, with uncapped potential.
Weekly Bonuses- Ranging from $400 to $1,400 based on performance.

Qualifications

1-3 years minimum of sales or customer service experience, preferably within the telecom industry.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation for daily customer meetings.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with the Columbia area and surrounding cities is a plus.
