We own and operate senior living centers in the Southeast ( Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina). Our first facility started in 2021 and we have grown that portfolio to 7 facilities with a focus on leveraging Technology and Digital Marketing to meet our resident care needs. We provide support for the families of those in need of care, regardless of the situation. Our staff tailors their care to the individual needs or concerns of our patients and their next of kin.

Our goal is to become one of the 150 largest Senior Living Operators in the nation by the end of 2024. We are looking to hire talented folks who want to grow with us as part of this journey.

Job Title: CRCF Administrator

Highlands Senior Living manages a facility for Senior Living residents providing long-term care services.

Job Description:

The CRCF Administrator is responsible for the administration of the facility, driving sales and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The CRCF Administrator will work with the Regional Operations Director to ensure that the needs of residents are met in accordance with South Carolina regulations 60-84.

Requirements:

CRCF administrator license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be proficient in computerized data entry.
Must be proficient in completing and submitting documentation required by regulatory bodies such as DPH, OSHA, CMS, CMSD, etc.
Must be proficient in using a computer to perform administrative functions including but not limited to; filing, scanning documents, copying materials.

Preferred Qualifications

LPN, CMA or other strong clinical background preferred, but not required.
