Role Overview
We're looking for a Producer/Short-Form Content who can confidently lead production projects while also developing and capturing social-first content for clients. This role blends hands-on producing, logistical coordination, creative ideation, shooting and a strong understanding of what makes short-form content engaging, shareable and platform-specific.
You'll work closely with Creative Directors, Account Managers, clients, talent and Editors to turn brand goals into executable content ideas, then plan and capture the footage needed to bring those ideas to life across TikTok, Reels, Shorts and other digital platforms.
This role is for someone who's organized enough to run a production, creative enough to spot the hook and comfortable picking up a camera or phone to capture content in the moment.
Core Responsibilities
Production Management & Producing
- Produce and coordinate shoots including branded, documentary, lifestyle, interview and social content.
- Manage pre-production planning including schedules, production calendars, call sheets, crew, talent, locations, travel, permits, releases and production paperwork.
- Maintain production files, releases, permits, approvals and other required project documentation.
- Write or support scripts, interview questions, creative briefs, treatments and shot lists as needed.
- Lead on-set execution and track timelines, logistics, approvals, client needs and project handoff into post-production.
Short-Form Content Strategy & Ideation
- Develop social-first concepts, recurring formats, hooks, story ideas and campaign extensions based on client goals and target audiences.
- Research platform trends, audience behavior, competitive content and emerging formats to identify relevant opportunities.
- Plan content around strong hooks, retention, shareability, cultural relevance and virality potential while protecting brand authenticity.
- Create briefs, scripts, prompts, shot lists and capture plans, then use performance insights to inform future concepts and formats.
Content Capture & Shooting
- Shoot polished social-first content using cameras, mobile tools and lightweight production setups as appropriate.
- Direct talent through scripted, interview, behind-the-scenes, trend-based and spontaneous content capture.
- Plan vertical-first coverage while identifying additional campaign uses and content opportunities during larger shoots.
- Organize captured assets and provide clear selects, notes and creative direction to Editors for post-production.
Candidate Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in content production, social media production, video production or a related creative role.
- Experience producing shoots from pre-production through execution, including schedules, talent, locations, releases, and logistics.
- Proven experience in video production, editing, and post-production processes using media editing tools such as Davinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, and similar software.
- Comfortable working with clients, talent, influencers, and internal creative teams.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple productions, content calendars, and deadlines at once.
- Strong understanding of short-form platforms and demonstrated ability to develop concepts, hooks and formats to capture attention and encourage engagement.
- Comfortable shooting independently or with a small production team using strong visual storytelling instincts and with an understanding of composition, lighting, audio, and mobile-first production.
- Experience reviewing analytics and using performance data to inform future creative (preferred, not required).

Pay: $59,887.76 - $72,157.75 per year
