Job Description

Locally owned restaurant, DB's Pizza & Wings, located between Spring Hill and Columbia is looking to hire high quality experienced kitchen staff. Our ideal candidate thrives in an environment where guest satisfaction is pillar of our brand. This location will have the opportunity to serve the dining needs of Middle Tennessee with exceptional food in a concept that is one of a kind.

The Position

We are looking for highly motivated people who have a passion for guest satisfaction. Full time and part time positions available, AM and PM positions available.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain clean and sanitized work and prep stations
Follow standard operating procedures for all equipment and station cleaning
Ensure work areas and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized before and after use
Maintain clean and manageable floors and drains according to company policies
Ensure proper uniform, handwashing and glove use practice are in place at all times
Maintain kitchen organization
Receive product at acceptable temperatures according to food safety standards
Ensure proper rotation of all raw and prepped items (First in First out)
Ensure all product, small-wares and utensils are maintained in their designated areas
Adhere to food preparation standards and food execution
Properly follow all recipe builds with recipe book out for every item (ensure proper utensils and tools are used)
Ensure 100% compliance with all station execution guidelines
Ensure 100% compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ensure all food is prepped and stored according to prep guidelines
Ensure all food is plated and served according to station guidelines.
Other tasks assigned by management for the needs of the business

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Attention to detail

Maintains an upbeat, guest-first, positive attitude.
Effective communication skills & team work
Ability to multitask
Must be available to work weekends

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High School diploma

Grill experience required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to walk and stand throughout entire shift

Frequently reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Neat, well-groomed, hygienic appearance
