Position: Line Cooks/Prep Cooks/ Daytime & Evening Shifts (Kitchen Staff)
Location: Spring Hill, TN

Are you passionate about crafting exceptional dining experiences behind the scenes? At Aubrey’s, an independently owned upscale family dining restaurant from East Tennessee, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding food and hospitality. We’re looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our Back of House team for both Part-Time & Full Time Positions.

What We’re Looking For:

Line Cooks: Experienced Grill & Line Cooks. We are looking for both day & evening shifts. Our evening shifts can be from 4 or 5 PM until 10 or 11 PM. Our restaurants close at 10 PM so no late nights. We do cook everything to order, so experience working an open flamed grill and station is needed. Pay is from $16 and up depending on experience and availability.
Prep Cooks & Dishwashers (Dual Job): Responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring all food items meet company quality and safety standards. As well as run the dish room. This role helps set up the kitchen for success each shift and keeps the line stocked, portioned, and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and portion ingredients according to company recipes and specs
Label, date, and properly store all prepped items
Keep prep area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
Assist with basic cooking, slicing, chopping, mixing, and batch prep
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
Restock stations and communicate low product levels to kitchen leadership
Support line cooks and kitchen staff during peak times as needed

Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow recipes and prep lists accurately
Good time management and ability to stay organized
Team player with a positive attitude
Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
