We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team. This is a part-time position that can work up to 28 hours per week, with a minimum requirement of two shifts per week. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all members and guests. They will be responsible for building connections and relationships with our members while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all members and guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Build strong connections and relationships with members to foster a sense of community.
Act as a fitness concierge, assisting members in achieving their fitness goals by promoting and suggesting appropriate fitness services.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and locker rooms to uphold the club's standards of cleanliness.
Assist with administrative tasks such as member check-ins, registration, and answering phone calls.
Provide information about club facilities, programs, and services to both members and prospective members.
Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all members.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience in a hospitality, fitness, or related industry is preferred.
Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others succeed on their fitness journeys.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to members.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Position Details:

Part-Time: Up to 28 hours per week.
Minimum requirement of two shifts per week.
Flexible scheduling to accommodate availability.
