Role Summary
- Role will provide fundamental research support to our Large-Cap Growth Strategy Portfolio Manager

The Associate Analyst program is a three-to-five-year structured program offering ongoing training and mentoring and is designed to develop future fundamental investment analysts
Responsibilities

Diverse responsibilities including collaboration with investment analysts, portfolio managers, extensive financial analysis, and company/industry related research projects, incorporating macroeconomic and market analysis into bottom-up company research to support investment decisions

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record required AND
-
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills including previous experience building three-statement models

Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity

Highly motivated, confident self-starter, with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-driven environment

A demonstrated interest and passion for equity investing and financial markets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to derive meaningful insights from in-depth research and analysis

Preference for candidates who have made progress toward the CFA designation

Familiarity with LLMs, Claude Code, and/or Python is preferred
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

$110,000.00-$140,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$110,000.00-$140,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$110,000.00-$140,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
