Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support to internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is committed to delivering exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to managers and cross-functional teams.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments.
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business documents.
Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation.
Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases.
Assist with travel coordination and meeting logistics when required.
Conduct online research and compile information for various projects.
Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company information.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar support role preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Comfortable using video conferencing and collaboration platforms.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
