Your Role: Executive Assistant

As part of Client Relations, you will be a key support figure within the firm, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing essential assistance to the leadership team, attorneys, and clients. You will be a professional, resourceful, and dependable presence that contributes directly to our success.

Administrative & Executive Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and senior leadership.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and firm events.
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and assist with project coordination as needed.

Office & Reception Management:

Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail; route messages to the appropriate team members promptly.
Ensure the office maintains a welcoming and organized environment for clients and staff.
Oversee scheduling and ensure seamless communication between the team and clients.

Client Relations:

Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Handle client inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Build rapport with clients and contribute to a high-touch service experience throughout their legal journey.
