As a Lube Technician, you will play an important role in maintaining customer vehicles while supporting our service department’s daily operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has strong attention to detail, and wants to build a career in automotive service with a growing dealership organization.
- Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
- Drain and refill engine oil while replacing oil and air filters
- Inspect and replenish vehicle fluid levels
- Check and adjust tire pressure as needed
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
- Follow repair orders according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Maintain clean and organized service bays and shop areas
- Communicate with the parts department regarding needed parts
- Safely operate lifts, tools, and automotive service equipment
- Test drive vehicles when necessary for service verification
- Assist service technicians with daily shop operations
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding recommended maintenance needs
- Perform warranty service work according to manufacturer specifications

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Previous automotive experience preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
